I was thinking through all that God has been doing, and I was contacted by one of the ladies, Katrina, in our church. She runs a animal shelter program from her house. Through a series of events, they were housing the ladies’ dogs while she went to the hospital for a mental health crisis. When she got out, her family dropped her off at a trailer in Okanogan, a town about an hour and a half away. Katrina began trying to help her and realized she was in, over her head. The needs were so many. She called me and asked if I could help her. Through some connections with the Chaplain program I am part of, some of those folks from that area were able to assist her and help her get back on her feet.   I am so thankful that God has allowed us to be part of this, to watch Him work, and be part of the blessing. We serve an amazing God, and His compassion is unmatched. Please pray for our community, pray for those in need and pray for our Chaplain Core as we serve our amazing God!

AMAZING UPDATE

I was contacted and told that this lady was back on her feet! Her vehicle was fixed and she is back to working and be mentally in such a better place. She is self sufficient and doing well! We do have some folks continually checking in on her as time goes. But what a success story for How Great a God we serve! He blesses us to be part of a wonderful story like this!
